We’re building a network of trusted, experienced law enforcement professionals from across the country who want to make a difference beyond the uniform. As a Cop Chats Officer, you’ll use your experience, training, and communication skills to mentor youth, guide aspiring officers, and help rebuild trust between communities and law enforcement — one conversation at a time.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct 1-on-1 video chats with youth, parents, or aspiring officers.
• Offer professional insight, encouragement, and mentorship.
• Participate in mock oral board interviews for candidates entering the field.
• Represent the values of professionalism, integrity, and respect.

Requirements

• Current or retired law enforcement officer (local, state, or federal).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience (exceptions may be made for strong applicants).
• Must pass a verification process to ensure credibility and professionalism.
• Comfortable using Zoom or FaceTime for scheduled calls.
