1. Purpose of Cop Chats

Cop Chats provides virtual conversations, mentorship, and general guidance from current or former law enforcement professionals. These sessions are designed for educational, motivational, and informational purposes only. Cop Chats does not provide legal representation, medical or psychological counseling, or financial advising.

You must be at least 18 years old to book or pay for a session. Minors may participate only with parent or guardian consent, and a parent or guardian must schedule and approve all sessions.

3. Use of Services

By using Cop Chats, you agree to participate respectfully, not record or share sessions without consent, and not use Cop Chats for illegal or inappropriate activity. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations.

4. Payment and Scheduling

Payment is due at booking. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

Mentors may share experiences and insights, but do not provide legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. You agree Cop Chats is not liable for decisions or actions based on

discussions.

6. Confidentiality

Conversations are private unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm, abuse, or illegal activity).

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and materials are property of Cop Chats LLC and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cop Chats and mentors are not liable for damages arising from your participation or reliance on our services.
